Who We Are

More than 30 years ago, Robert Falanga first opened a small office that would become the Law Offices of Falanga & Chalker. Though he set out as one attorney with one employee, our firm now includes a team of lawyers working out of four offices. Our team handles more than 500 personal injury cases each year, but we are selective about which clients we work with to ensure we can provide the personalized attention and dedication their case deserves.

Investigating Claims

Personal injury cases require extensive investigation. During the initial intake, a professional will interview you to find out everything they can about your claim. This information will include a detailed description of the accident, a list of doctors and other medical professionals you are working with, and some personal information. This helps us determine how much compensation you can push for, including an estimate on the cost of long-term medical expenses.

After the intake, we begin an investigation of our own to uncover every detail we can. It is important that we learn as much as possible so that the insurance company doesn’t throw any surprises our way.

Working Toward the Ideal Solution

We have a team of highly skilled negotiators who work to arrange fair settlements with the insurance companies.
